This is our 8′ wide Best Value Side Style Metal Utility.
There are 2 styles available. One with the doors on the end of the building, & it has no windows. There are two sizes available, which is an 8×12 & 8×16′.
Our Side Style Building has the 48″ door on the front, (or wide side of the building) The price includes 2 2×3′ windows, but they are not required, saving you even more $$$!
It has our Light Stone Metal Roof & Siding,
& Burnished Slate Trim. There’s 1 48″ door providing easy access, and offers storage space at a great price. Also, it’s built with 2 x 4 studs notched into the 4×6 pre-treated 4×6″ skids underneath, and 29 gauge metal siding and roof that has a manufacturers warranty for 20 years. In addition, our ProStruct flooring from Louisisana-Pacific comes with a 10 year manufacturers warranty. Above all, Derksen has a 3 yr warranty on the workmanship & construction of it’s Best Value Building Series.

Look at this flooring system! 16″ on center 2 x 4 floor joists are set into 4×6″ treated notched skids.
In addition, our flooring on top of the joist is 5/8″ solid plywood. It’s designed and warranted specifically for sheds, from Louisiana-Pacific, we feature **LP® ProStruct® Flooring with SmartFinish®, featuring a durable overlay for a beautiful, professional-grade appearance. As a result, it has no knots or voids. It’s a welcome change from building with traditional plywood flooring. In addition, unlike plywood shed floors, our LP® ProStruct® Flooring with SmartFinish® is also treated with the LP® SmartGuard® process. Above all, the flooring provides longer-lasting performance in a variety of climates/weather.
There’s a manufacturers warranty of 10 Years on our LP® ProStruct® Flooring.
Derksen’s Warranty on it’s treated skids
“The treated wood used in all Derksen portable buildings, including 4×6 treated skids, comes with a limited lifetime warranty against termite damage and fungal decay. This warranty covers all exposed pressure-treated wood components and ensures protection for the lifetime of the building against these specific wood threats, subject to normal use and maintenance. The limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or environmental factors outside normal conditions.”
Options for Delivery
*Purchase requires half down and the remaining half on delivery. Moreover, our Rent to Own program requires only the 1st months rent to guarantee Free Delivery and Set Up.
