At our Louisville Lot we have a 12×32 lofted barn cabin that’s discounted 10%. Two lofts at 12′ each is 24′. Add that to the floor space of 32′, and you have 56′ . Accounting for the 4′ porch, that’s like having a building with living space of 12×52′. One of the lofts could be a bedroom up & out of the way.
