Our 8′ wide Best Value Side Style Storage Sheds has one 48″ shop built door on the front side of the building. Our 10 & 12′ wide buildings have two 36″ shop built doors in the front, or the wide side of the building. The Siding & Roof is Light Stone Metal, along with a Burnished Slate Trim. They offer a lot of storage space at a fantastic price. They’re built with 2 x 4 studs, 29 gauge metal siding and roof, & 16″ centered 2×4′ floor joists set into 4×6″ pretreated notched skids. These buildings are priced with 2 2×3 windows, but they’re not required. Without ’em, the low price on this building will save you even more money! To save even more money, having the doors on the end of the building are even less expensive. The other is with the doors on the front (or wide side) of the building. Three 2 x 3 windows come standard. In addition, a 9-light, 36″ 9 lite door is standard with 3 2×3 windows. They come with plenty of head room with standard 8 ft walls (exterior measurement).

Derksen Warranty on Best Value Metal Storage Sheds

Workmanship & Materials Warranty: Derksen Best Value Metal Storage sheds come with a 3-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship. This covers defects in construction or materials that exceed typical outdoor wear and tear.
Metal Siding & Roof Warranty: The metal siding and metal roofing used in Best Value Metal Storage sheds carry a 30-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects (such as rust, corrosion, and structural failure).
Pressure-Treated Wood Components: Any exposed pressure-treated wood used in the shed’s structural supports has a limited lifetime warranty against rot and fungal decay. This protects the integrity of the frame for as long as you own the building.

Pressure-Treated Wood: All exposed pressure-treated wood carries a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty against termites and fungal decay. This is a significant guarantee that protects the structural integrity of the building for as long as you own it.
Siding and Roofing:
- Painted treated siding (LP SmartSide) is backed by a 50-year warranty against decay, termites, and delamination.
- Metal siding and metal roofs have a limited 30-year manufacturer’s warranty.
