The electrical package consists of a 100 amp panel box, 1 switch, 1 light fixture, and 4 110 outlets. You’ll see in the video that the previous owner has used cardboard attached to the interior walls as insulation. Not the worst choice, but it would only be enhanced by installing regular insulation over it before adding walls.
