Melissa, This is a 12×20 utility with 7’9″ high walls from the 2×4 where the gable starts to the floor, and the rafters inside are 9′ from the floor. The peak of the gable goes to about 12′.
The list price is $6745, but there’s a 10% special currently running that’s reduces the price to $6070.50. Add sales tax of 7% and the total price is $6620.01
I also did a quote on the 12×24.
That total is $7537.54 w/tax.
Also Melissa, I sent you 2 email quotes. the most expensive one included the foam package, which was $2160, just to show you how much it was. Ya gotta add tax to that, also.
