The 10×24 utility including the Workbench across the back wall and the peg board above it is listed at $6300 and has a special 5% discount running, bringing the retail price to $5985 & with taxes its $6403.
It has 2 windows on each side of the building.
If you paid $1000 down the 60 months pmt would be $209.76. The $150 security fee is refundable when the contract is complete. I’ve decided to give you a dealer discount of $100, so $1100 will be paid up front instead of the $1000. The extra $100 brings the 60 month Rental Payment from 214 to the $209.76 stated above.
Now if you add the electrical package the listed price is $6990 minus 5% discount of $315, the adjusted price is $6675 plus tax, which is $7142.35.
The 60 month Rental pmt is 264.23 plus the 150 refundable security deposit would be $414 for the 1st payment. If you put a 1000 down, & I add 100 as the dealer discount the rental pmt for 60 months will be $238.16.
