These are our Best Value Metal Storage Sheds therefore, they offer a lot of storage space at a great price. Our 8′ wide Best Value Style Storage Sheds have one 48″ shop built door on the end of the building.
Our 10 & 12′ wide buildings have two 36″ shop built doors on the end of the building, giving you 6′ of door access. The Siding & Roof is 29 gauge Light Stone Metal, along with a Burnished Slate Trim (20 YR Manufacturers Warranty). They’re solidly built with 2 x 4 floor joists set into notched 4×6″ treated skids.

Look at this flooring system! 16″ on center 2 x 4 floor joists are set into 4×6″ treated notched skids.
In addition, on top of the Derksen Building foundation described above is 5/8″ solid plywood. It’s designed and warranted specifically for sheds from Louisiana-Pacific. We feature **LP® ProStruct® Flooring with SmartFinish®, featuring a durable overlay for a beautiful, professional-grade appearance. As a result, it has no knots or voids. It’s a welcome change from building with traditional plywood flooring. In addition, unlike plywood shed floors, our LP® ProStruct® Flooring with SmartFinish® is also treated with the LP® SmartGuard® process. Above all, the flooring provides longer-lasting performance in a variety of climates/weather.
There’s a manufacturers warranty of 10 Years on our LP® ProStruct® Flooring.
Derksen’s Warranty on it’s treated skids
“The treated wood used in all Derksen portable buildings, including 4×6 treated skids, comes with a limited lifetime warranty against termite damage and fungal decay. This warranty covers all exposed pressure-treated wood components and ensures protection for the lifetime of the building against these specific wood threats, subject to normal use and maintenance. The limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or environmental factors outside normal conditions.”
